Ingredients

2 lbs. chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
3 ea. 14 oz. cans Swanson's 99% FF chicken broth
3 ea. 14 oz. cans water
    1/2 c. milk, nonfat
1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup 98% FF
    1 c. peas, frozen
    1 c. corn, frozen
    1 c. green beans, frozen
    White pepper to taste

Directions

Into a crockpot, place the chicken, broth, water, milk, and soup. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.

Remove chicken from crockpot, and shred using 2 forks. Place chicken in a large sauce pan, pour the liquid from crockpot over it, and add the veggies and white pepper to taste. Cook (simmer) for approximately 30 minutes, or until the veggies are cooked through.

This is fantastic served over mashed potatoes ~ be sure to add the calories, etc. for them, though!

    Very Good
The flavor in this was wonderful, it was a delicious chicken soup! No way I could have served this over mashed potatoes though, too runny and soupy. We ate it with biscuits on the side. My dh ate his with saltine crackers crushed up in it. - 1/29/08
