    One package of PC blue menu Italian Sausage
    Red pepper flakes to taste (1tsp)
    1 large onion diced
    1 bunch Kale large center vein removed and shredded
    9 cups of water
    3 tsp chicken boullion
    3.5 cups finely diced cauliflower
    2 cups 1% milk
    1/4 cup half and half


Remove sausage from casings and sautÚ till no longer pink. Add onions and cook till tender. Add one cup of water and deglaze the flavor from the pan.
Add contents to a soup pot with 8 cups water, chicken boullion, add cauliflower and bring to the boil.
Reduce to simmer for 30 min. With a potato masher lightly mash the soup. Just before serving add milk and kale.
