Introduction

A moist meatloaf with an Italian flare. A moist meatloaf with an Italian flare.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 1/2 lbs Extra Lean Ground Beef (93% lean)
    1 egg
    1 slice Franz 50 calorie 100% Whole Wheat Bread
    1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
    1 tsp Italian Seasoning
    2 tsp Dried Chopped Onion seasoning
    1 c. Ragu Light (No Sugar Added) Spaghetti Sauce
    1 green bell pepper, sliced

Directions

Mix all ingredients, except 1/2 c. of the sauce.
Shape into a loaf in the center of a 13x9 in baking pan.
(Leave room around all sides)
Pour 1/4 c. of sauce on top of loaf and then top with pepper slices.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Drain grease. Pour remaining 1/4 c. of sauce on top.
Return to oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
