    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 200 grams(remove)
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 3 tbsp(remove)
    Coconut Flour -Organic -Bob's Red Mill (2T), 2.5 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    KAL Pure Stevia Organic Extract, 4 serving
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, .25 tsp
    Coconut Oil (extra virgin NUTIVA brand), 14 gram(s)
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .125 cup
    Baking Soda, .25 tsp
    Salt, .25 tsp


Mix all ingredients well in mixer or food processor. Grease muffin cups with coconut oil and divide batter between 12.

Bake @ 350 for approx. 15 minutes
