Ingredients

    1kg 00 pasta flour
    600ml of water
    7gm dried yeast
    Pinch of salt
    Pinch of sugar

    Mix yeast into warm water & slowly mix into flour/ sugar/ salt.

    Leave to prove in a warm spot for 4-6 hours, til doubled in size

Tips

The less toppings the better with a good pizza- tomato base, prosciutto, goats cheese & topped with rocket / arugala when it's out! Mmmm


Directions

Divide once it's risen, wrap excess in cling film, roll out into circle, top with sauce & toppings.
Bake at 400* celcius for 7-9 minutes
