    4 cups white flour
    1 3/4 cup water
    1 package active dry yeast
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1/4 cup milk
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon basil
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1/4 cup grated parmesan
    3 teaspoons garlic powder
    1 tablespoon onion powder


take instant yeast and dissolve in 1 3/4 cup warm water. Let sit 5 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil and milk. Gradually add flour, salt and basil until dough is firm and not sticky. If sticky add more flour. Knead 5 minutes. Let rise in bowl 1 1/2 hours. Grease jelly roll pan with remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil. Roll dough and place on jelly roll pan. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, garlic powder and onion powder. Bake at 375 12 minutes or until golden brown on bottom.
