    1 cup granulated sugar
    1 cup creamy peanut butter
    1 egg
    (vanilla if wanted)


You can also add a small amount (about 1/2 tsp) of honey to the mix to add a little more flavor.


Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F). Lightly grease, or (as I prefer) line pan with foil. In a medium bowl mix sugar, peanut butter and egg until blended. Add vanilla as you see fit. Divide mix into 12 balls and place on pan. Press a fork two opposite directions to flatten balls and make a criss-cross pattern. Bake until lightly browned on the edges. Cookies will still be very fragile. Add time in 5 min intervals as needed. Let cool for 8-10 minutes or until set. Enjoy!
