Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
    2 T soy sauce
    2 t fish sauce
    kosher salt
    2 T fresh lime juice
    1 T light brown sugar
    1/4 c. salted peanuts
    2 shallots chopped
    2 serrano chiles chopped
    3 T peanut oil
    1/3 c. chopped cilantro

Directions

toss steak with 1T soy sauce, 1t fish sauce,1/4 t salt
combine 1T soy,1t fish sauce, 1T lime juice and brown sugar. set aside
pulse peanuts, shallots, chiles lightly in food processor
set aside
cook steak in 1T oil over med-high in skillet for 2 minutes
transfer to plate
add more oil and cook peanut mixture for 2 minutes
return beef and stir in soy mix and 1/2 the cilantro
cook 2 minutes
season with salt, lime juice and cilantro
