Directions

COOK ALL INGREDIENTS IN A PAN TIL HOT WHILE SLICING THE EGGPLANT INTO THIN STRIPS. LAYER INGREDIENTS SAUCE, EGGPLANT, SAUCE, EGGPLANT

COOK IN 350 DEGREE OVEN FOR 45 MINUTES
TOP WITH MOZZ CHEESE AND RETURN TO OVEN FOR 10 MINUTES.
