This is a yummy healthy smoothie full of fiber and is very filling. This is a yummy healthy smoothie full of fiber and is very filling.
Number of Servings: 1


    1/2 Tbsp flax seeds
    1/2 c pineapple juice
    1/4 c Almond Breeze Almond/Coconut milk
    1/2 c Plain non-fat yogurt
    3/4 c frozen strawberries
    2 Tbsp grated coconut
    Handful of Ice


If the smoothie isn't sweet enough to your liking, you can add a little more pineapple juice, sugar, or sweetener of your choice.
* For a bit of a vanilla taste, add a bit of vanilla extract.


1. Grind flax seeds in a completely dry blender. (or buy pre-ground seeds)
2. Add the remaining ingredients except for the ice. Blend.
3. When mixture is completely blended, add ice. Blend and pour into a tall glass.

Serving Size: Makes 1 large breakfast smoothie
