    1 pound of Hamburger meat
    1.5 cup of Ricotta cheese,whole milk
    .25 cup of Mozzarella cheese, Shredded
    1 cup of Prego spaghetti sauce
    Italian Seasoning (to taste)

    Need: Muffin Tin, and Oil Spray

    Optional, Won Ton Wrappers
    Optional, Black Olives


Cook Hamburger, Drain
Mix hamburger with spaghetti sauce, set aside
Mix ricotta, with Italian Seasoning to taste, set aside
Spray muffin tin with oil, lightly
If you use wonton ton wrappers, place one in each cup
Add a little hamburger in each cup, then Ricotta mixture, another wrapper, more hamburger, more ricotta, sprinkle mozzarella on each cup, top with olive if you like

Put in oven on Broil, for 5-9 minutes until wrappers are cooked or if no wrappers, cheese is melted

Serving Size: Serves 5 (3 cups per person approx)
