    1 cup wild rice-I use organic
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 cup chopped onions
    1/2 cup mushrooms
    1/2 cup broccoli
    2 tablespoons soy sauce


cook rice according to package. allow to cool. cook veggies in olive oil in a skillet. allow veggies to become semi-cooked. add cooled rice and soy sauce. cook until desired texture---I like to brown a bit. you can always add any other veggies you like.
