Ingredients

    4 oz raw calamari (we used the tentacles leftover when we grilled the body portion)
    2 cups bell peppers, 1/2" pieces
    1/4 c. roasted red peppers, cut into thin strips
    1 clove garlic, minced
    juice of 2 lemons
    1/2 c vermouth or white wine
    1/4 cup diced red onion

Directions

Simmer the calamari in the lemon juice and vermouth, when calamari start to firm, add vegetables to steam.

Serving Size: Makes 4- 1/2 cup servings
