Ingredients

2/3 cup quaker minute oatmeal
1 scoop protein powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 dash salt
0.5 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp allspice
0.5 cup egg whites
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk - vanilla
2/3 cup canned pumpkin
Tips
Top with 2 oz of greek yogurt, 1/2 cup strawberries and 1tbsp natural peanut butter...or use any other toppings you'd like =)
Directions
Mix wet ingredients in a bowl. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Spray 2 medium sized ramekins or baking dishes with Pam. Divide mixture into two and pour into each baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
