    12 Oz Shrimp
    2 Cups Sweet Onions (Chopped)
    2 Cups Mushrooms (Chopped)
    2 Cups Cooked Brown Rice (Cooked Beforehand In Desired Method)
    4 Ocean Choice North Atlantic Coldwater Lobster Tails
    1 Cup Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread (Melted In The Microwave Or On The Stove)
    2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Preheat oven to 450 F. Get a skillet and put the oil in it turn it to medium high heat and add the chopped mushrooms and onions stirring so they don't burn. Once they are done turn them to low. Get a pan and spray it with cooking spray then put the lobster tails on it and cook for 15 minutes. Then get a bowl and fill it with the shrimp and cover them with water. Cook in the microwave stirring the shrimp occasionally until they are done. Warm up the rice if it's not warm and divide everything between 4 plates.
