Ingredients

    4 Salmon Burgers
    4 Ezekiel Burger Buns (Thawed In The Microwave)
    2 Tbsp Ketchup
    4 Cups Mushrooms
    4 Tbsp Smart Balance Butter (Melted On The Stove Or In The Microwave)

Tips

Serve This With A Salad.


Directions

Preheat oven to 400 F. Spray a pan with cooking spray and place the burgers on it. Put them in the oven and cook them for 10 minutes and then flip them and cook another 8-10 minutes or until they appear done. Then get a bowl and put the mushrooms in it and cover them with water. Stick the bowl in the microwave and cook until they appear done. Then strain most of the water and add the melted butter and mix it in with the mushrooms and leftover water. Put the burgers on the buns and add 1/2 tbsp of ketchup to each one then divide the mushrooms between plates.
