Ingredients

    Carrots, raw, 1 medium(remove)
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long)(remove)
    Kale, 4 cup, chopped(remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 large whole (3" dia)(remove)
    Beets, fresh, .5 beet (2" dia)(remove)
    Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple, .5 serving=1/2 apple
    Parsley, .5 cup(remove)

Directions

Peel only carrot, beet and celery. Do not core or peel apple.
Pulverize into smoothie and enjoy
