Ingredients

    1 cup oat flour
    2 scoops pro5 hers vanilla
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/8 tsp allspice
    1/8 tsp nutmeg
    4 egg whites
    3/4 cup splenda
    8 oz baby food carrots
    4 oz water

Directions

preheat oven to 350
mix flour, protein, cinnamon, spices and baking soda in bowl
mix egg whites, splenda and baby food along with water in another bowl.
add wet ingredients to dry and mix together
spray glass pyrex dish with non-stick spray
pour ingredients into dish and then back 30-45 minutes
