    12 Eggs


This is just the eggs you could add anything in with them. I freeze these and put them on an english muffin with a turkey sausage patty.


Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray and put one egg in each one. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
