    12 Eggs
    12 Slices Turkey Bacon (Chopped Into Pieces)
    1 1/2 Cups Sweet Onions (Chopped Into Pieces)
    1 1/2 Cups Sweet Peppers (Chopped Into Pieces)
    1 1/2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    12 Ezekiel English Muffins


I Make These And Freeze Them So I Can Just Warm Them Up In The Microwave And Go.


Preheat Oven to 350 F. In a bowl combine everything but the english muffins and mix it all together. Get a muffin pan and spray it with cooking spray. Then divide the egg mixture evenly between all 12 muffin tins. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Thaw the english muffins in the microwave and put each "egg muffin" on the each english muffin.
