    Flaxseed, Organic Golden Omega 2T, 5.44 tbsp (1/3 c.)
    egg white, fresh, 1 large
    KAL Pure Stevia Organic Extract, 1 serving
    Almond milk, Blue diamond unsweetened, 2 T. (or to desired consistency)
    Water, 1/3 c.


Whisk flaxseed, egg white, and water in saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat until thick and bubbly, stirring often (about 2-3 minutes.) Remove from heat and add stevia and almond milk to desired consistency. Can also be cooked in microwave on 50% power - stirring often.
