    4 Cups Whole Mushrooms
    2 Tbsp Smart Balance Butter (Melted)
    1/2 Tsp Lite Salt


Get a bowl and place the mushrooms in it pour in enough water to cover them. Cover and cook in the microwave for about 4 minutes. Strain most of the water and add melted butter stirring so it covers all of the mushrooms. Add the salt and stir so it covers all of the mushrooms. Then divide the mushrooms and sauce evenly between 4 plates.
