Introduction

I have made these and recently modified the recipe to make it a little healthier. I have made these and recently modified the recipe to make it a little healthier.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 c.Garbanzo bean flour
    1/2 c splenda
    1/2 tsp salt
    3/4 tsp cinnamon
    1 Tblsp baking powder
    1c chopped fresh or frozen cherries, coarsely chopped
    1/3 c chopped almonds
    1/4 c Egg beaters
    1/4 fat free plain yogurt
    1 c nonfat milk
    1/2 tsp almond extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
Mix all wet ingredients together set aside.
Mix all dry ingredients and then add cherries and almond, mix to coat. Add wet to dry stir gently until just mixed
in pam sprayed 12 muffin pan divide batter equally.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.


Serving Size: 1 muffin equals one serving
