Ingredients

    16 oz chicken, boneless, skinless
    1/4 c light Zesty Italian dressing
    1/2 c water
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 c teriyaki sauce

Directions

Cook chicken in Italian dressing until no longer pink.

Add rest of ingredients and cook until heated through.

If desired, toss with broccoli and rice.
