    12 Slices Turkey Bacon (Chopped)
    1/2 Cup Onions (Chopped)
    1 Clove Garlic (Minced)
    1 Cup Sweet Peppers (Chopped)
    4 Cups Shredded Hashbrowns
    2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    12 Eggs
    1 Cup Lactaid Fat Free Milk
    1/2 Tsp Lite Salt
    1/2 Tsp Black Pepper


Spray slow cooker with cooking spray then place 1/3 of the hashbrowns in the bottom of the slow cooker. Then add 1/3 of the bacon, 1/3 of the onion, 1/3 of the peppers, the garlic (minced), and 1/3 cheese. Repeat the layers ending with cheese. Then in a large bowl combine the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper and stir until completely mixed together. Then pour the mixture over the ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
