    2 Cups Ezekiel Penne Pasta
    2 Cans Tuna In Water
    2 Hardboiled Eggs
    1/2 Cup Smart Balance Mayo


You could make it 8 servings and serve it as a side dish.


Make pasta according to package directions. When it's done strain it and run cold water over it. Then in a bowl use a potato masher or something else to mash the hardboiled eggs. Then pour the eggs and tuna in with the pasta and mix them together. Then add the mayo and again mix it until everything is covered. Put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours and serve.
