Introduction

Ingredients

    beat together 1 c. sugar, 1/4 t. nutmeg, 1/4 c. flour, 3 eggs. fold in the rhubarb and then dump into the pie shell.

Tips

I don't measure out the flour - just whatever I scrape off the counter from making the crust. Fresh nutmeg is way better than nutmeg ground months ago.


Directions

bake 400 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes - stop before filling is dark on top.
