    8 Hardboiled Eggs
    1/4 Cup Smart Balance Mayo
    2 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
    4 Ezekiel English Muffins (Thawed In The Microwave And Cut In Half)


Peel the eggs and put them in a bowl. Take a potato masher or something else and mash the eggs into bits the smallest you can get. Then add the mayo and mustard and mix until it's all mixed in evenly. Divide it evenly on each half of an english muffin.
