    2 eggplants peeled and sliced
    3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    4 garlic cloves minced
    1 tbsp chopped rosemary
    pinch of pepper
    pinch of oregano
    1 tbsp Bragg's liquid aminos


slice eggplant into 1/3 inch thick patties. mix all of the remaining ingredients together in a bowl and soak patties for a minute in the liquid. wet a napkin and wipe down a nonstick baking tray. bake the eggplant for 25 minutes at 350.
* portobella mushrooms can be used as a substitute.
