I don't remember where I originally found the recipe. This has become a summer staple. Serve with burgers for a cookout or toss with some leftover chicken for a summer evening supper. Ingredients

    Dressing:
    Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli dipping sauce (90ml)
    Lime Juice, .25 cup
    Fish Sauce, 6 tbsp
    Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp - this can be omitted if you want no fat.

    Cabbage, fresh, 8 cup, chopped
    Green Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, grated

    Right before serving add:
    Cilantro, raw, 8 tbsp
    Peanuts, dry-roasted, .5 cup

Tips

If you don't have peanuts you can substitute sesame seeds.


Directions

Chop everthing up. Leave to marinate a couple of hours.
Before serving add peanuts and cilantro.
