Ingredients

    Rhubarb
    banana (optional)
    Caster/Granulate Sugar
    Baking soda

    White spelt flour
    Caster/Granulated sugar
    Margarine

Tips

Soda reduces the need for so much sugar. We used a vegan margarine, and spelt flour instead of wheat because of a food intolerance.


Directions

Mix fruit, sugar and soda together. In a seperate bowl, crumble together spelt flour, sugar and margarine. Bake for 40 minutes or until top is golden brown at 180 C.

Serving Size: Makes 6 large portions.
