Low carb, wheat and gluten free. Low carb, wheat and gluten free.
Number of Servings: 14


    1 1/4 c blanched almond flour
    1 T arrowroot powder
    1/4 t celtic sea salt
    1/4 t baking soda
    1/8 c Splends
    1 T lemon zest
    1/4 c toasted almonds, chpped.


Compine almond flour, arrowroot powder, salt and baking soda, Add spenda and leom zest and combine until dough forms a ball. work in chpped almonds. Form into 2 logs on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, then remove from oven and cool for 1 hour. Cut logs into 1/2 inch slices on the diagonal. Spread slices on a baking sheet and bake at 300 for 12-15 minutes. Makes 14 biscotti.
