    For The Taco Meat
    1 Cup Taco Sauce
    6 Tablespoons Taco Seasoning (I use my own recipe listed below) Or 3 Packets Taco Seasoning
    3 Lbs Extra Lean Ground Beef
    1 Cup Simply Heinz Ketchup
    1/2 Cup French's Yellow Mustard
    2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
    2 Slices Fat Free American Cheese

    3 Lb Bag Of Medallion Brand Tortilla Chips
    6 Cups Bakers & Chefs Nacho Cheese Sauce


You can add tomatoes lettuce and sour cream as well.


Preheat oven to 350 F. Make the taco meat according to my recipe here http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=2115981. Get a large pan and spread enough tortilla chips to cover the bottom. When the taco meat is done add the nacho cheese and mix them together. Spread the meat/cheese mixture over the tortilla chips in the pan in a thin layer. Then make another layer of chips and another layer of meat/cheese. Then end with a layer of chips. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the tortilla chips appear crispy.
