Ingredients

    2 cans chickpeas
    2 T. Tahini
    1/8 c. lemon juice
    1 large + 1 small clove garlic

Directions

Drain and rinse chickpeas, saving 1/4 c. of the juice. Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor and mix until desired consistency. Add salt to taste.
