    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 1 serving

    Yogurt, plain, low fat, .5 cup (8 fl oz)

    8th Continent Light Vanilla Soy Milk, 2 oz

    Raisins, 15 raisins

    Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple, .5 serving

    Blueberries, fresh, .5 cup

    Strawberries, fresh, .5 cup, halves

    *Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz


Spread yogurt on bottom of bowl. Add the oats and the raisins on top. Pour the vanilla milk and let sit for a minute or two. Chop the apple (half) into cubes. Put in bowl. Add chopped strawberries and blueberries to desire. Sprinkle lemon juice to taste. Enjoy.
