Ingredients

    3.5 oz 93% lean ground beef
    1 3" tomatoe
    onion powder
    garlic powder
    chili powder
    salt
    pepper

    1 melba toast

Tips

All seasonings may be adjusted to your pallet. Add a few drops of hot sauce if you like it spicier.


Directions

Brown beef w/ seasonings in small skillet.
Chop 1/2 of the tomatoe & add to brown beef.
Chop remaining tomatoe 1/2 & put in blender.
Add blended sauce to skillet. (add a tablespoon water if too dry)
Adjust seasonings to taste.
Simmer until chopped tomatoes have cooked through.
Serve topped with a broken up melba toast.
