Ingredients

    1 egg, large
    1 slice turkey bacon, chopped
    2 T. 2% shredded cheddar cheese
    1 T. chives

Tips

I make a week's worth a head of time and keep in fridge for easy reheating!


Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients except cheese and pour in muffin tin. sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 10-15 minutes.
