    48 Reduced fat nilla wafers
    1/4 cup brewed coffee
    4 oz (1/2 of 8oz pkg) Philadelphia cream cheese (softened)
    1 1/2 cups of cold milk
    1 pkg (4 serving size) Jell-o Vanilla sugar-free instant pudding
    2 Cups of thawed French Vanilla Cool Whip
    2 Squares of Bakers semi-sweet baking chocolate, grated. (one for each layer)


Arrange 36 of the wafers on the bottom and side of 9 inch pie plate. Drizzle with 2 tbsp of the coffee (maybe a little more).
Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Add dry pudding mix. Beat on low speed 1min. Gently stir in cool whip. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the wafers on bottom of crust. Top with chocolate shavings then another layer of remaining wafers. Drizzle with remaining coffee. Cover with remaining pudding mixture and remaining chocolate....

Must chill for 3 hours
Makes 12 servings. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
