    Cooked Cubed Potatoes
    Smoked Turkey Sausage
    Shredded low-fat Cheddar Cheese
    Sliced green onions (scallions)
    FF Italian Salad Dressing


Combine potatoes, sausage, 1 cup cheese, onions and 1/8 t. pepper; mix well. Pour salad dressing over potato mixture; mix well. Spoon into a lightly greased 8-inch square casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese, and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
