    *1.3 ounces Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean,
    Cabbage, fresh, 4 cup, chopped (can use preshredded slaw mix)
    *Onion powder, 2 tbsp
    Garlic minced, 2 tsp
    Chicken Broth, 6 cups
    Chicken or beef bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry, 4 teaspoon or cubes
    1 medium onion chopped
    Celery Salt (use as much as needed to help spice it up.
    A sprinking of ground cheyenne pepper


Taste for seasoning level, can add salt & pepper as needed. This soup is really tasty!


In a pot, cook ground turkey season with the onion powder and garlic. When turkey is browned, add the 4 cups of shredded cabbage, chopped onion along with the rest of the seasonings & all the chicken broth and begin to cook down on medium - when it boils, down to low until cabbage is soft.
