    1 tbsp Canola Oil
    0.25 tbsp Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
    1 dash Black Pepper
    0.25 cup Chinese Long Beans
    2 Extra Large Eggs


Clean and dice Long Beans. Break two eggs in a bowl, add black pepper, soy sauce and beat it up.
Heat up the skillet with oil. Sauteed Long Beans. Add in eggs. To prevent it from burning, flip it over a couple of times.
