Ingredients

    2 rolls of Pillsbury Pizza Dough
    1 cup of Fat Free Ricotta Cheese
    1 cup of Kraft Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella

Tips

Sprinkle garlic powder on top for taste before putting in oven, if wanted.


Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Roll out Pillsbury Pizza Dough on a round pizza pan as if making a pizza. Evenly spread 1 cup of Fat Free Ricotta Cheese on dough. Next, sprinkle Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella on top of Ricotta cheese, covering the surface. Unroll the next roll of dough and stretch over the top of the cheeses. Put in oven at 450 degrees for about 20 minutes, checking every 10 minutes. Make sure bottom layer of dough is thoroughly cooked. Top should be slightly browned. Take out of oven and let cool. Cut into 8 slices and serve with marinara sauce if wanted , calories not included.

    I made half this recipe and included chopped spinach; with a small amount of marinara sauce on the side. It was delicious. With the spinach it's about 300 calories. - 5/17/15
