Barilla Lasagne Noodles (no boil--3 pieces), 5 serving *Parmesan & Roman Cheese Grated, 6 tsp
Ragu - No Sugar Added Tomato & Basil Sauce (1/2 cup), 4 serving
*spinach, frozen chopped defrosted 5 oz
Egg, fresh, 1 large
egg white, fresh, 1 large
*Ricotta Cheese, reduced fat, 1.5 cup
*Cheese - Sargento Reduced Fat Mozarella, .66 cup
Directions
fill baking dish with hot water place each no boil noodle and 1 at a time and let soak
combine the ricotta cheese, 1 oz romano cheese, 1/3 cup mozarella cheese season with garlic powder black pepper salt and red pepper flakes to your liking taste once good. add the egg and egg white and stir
drain water and lay each noodle down in a row on paper towels or dish towel to allow to dry a little
take 1 noodle at a time and place 2 tblsp on mixture and roll place in baking dish you will have 15 to 16 noodles
top with sauce and remaining romano cheese and mozarella cheese cover with foil and bake 30 min uncover and bake an additional 15 min or until brown and bubbling
