    Collards, washed and torn
    1 tbsp grapeseed oil or olive oil
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp ginger
    1 tsp red pepper flakes
    1 medium onion chopped
    1.5 C. chicken broth
    .5 C. vinegar


Heat oil in a dutch oven, add onion and spices, cook until soft. Add collards, broth and vinegar, cook 20-30 min. Add black eyed peas and heat through.
