    Ground beef, lean, 2 lbs
    Onions, raw, 1 cup chopped
    Chili powder, 2 tsp
    Pepper, black, 3/8 tsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 3/8 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Beans, red kidney, 2 cans
    Crushed Tomatoes, 2-28 oz cans


In a large saucepan, saute onions in the olive oil. Add meat and brown. Once browned, drain meat. In a large pot, add rest of the ingredients plus the onions and meat. Cook 1 hour.

Makes: 15 - 8fl oz cups of Chili
