Ingredients

    10 oz pkg shredded cabbage (8 to 9 cups)
    1/2 C chopped onion
    1/2 large green bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
    1 med carrot, shredded

    Dressing
    3 - 4 Tbls sugar
    3 Tbls white wine Vinegar
    2 Tbls + 1 1/2 tsp water
    1 Tbls + 1 1/2 tsp canola oil

Directions

Stir together slaw ingredients.

Whisk dressing ingredients and pour over slaw. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
