Ingredients

    2 C whole wheat flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    .5 tsp salt
    1 C skim milk
    1 egg white
    .5 C unsweetened applesauce
    2 T honey
    .25 C Splenda

Directions

Makes 12 muffins

Mix dry and wet ingredients. Stir gently. Line tins. Bake at 400F for 15 min.

Variations (not included in nutritional info)
Add chocolate chips and reduce the sweetners
Sub one cup of flour for any cereal - even leftover cooked cereal
