    1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
    1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed

    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    2 cups frozen corn kernels
    1 onion, chopped
    3 Tb. olive oil
    3 Tb. red wine vinegar
    juice from one fresh lime
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 tablespoon white sugar

    1 clove minced garlic
    2 tsp. ground cumin

    1/2 teaspoon chili powder


1. In a large bowl, combine beans, pepper, frozen corn, and onion.
2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, red cider vinegar, lime juice, lemon juice, sugar, garlic, and cumin. Season to taste with chili powder. Add pepper as desired.
3. Pour dressing over vegetables; mix well. Chill and serve cold.
