    Homemade granola cereal, 0.2 cup
    Flaxseed, 1 tbsp Muesli,
    dried fruit and nuts cereal, .8 cup
    boiling water.

Directions

mix up ingriedients, than add boiling water and microwave for servings when needed.

Serving Size: One cup, makes for one person.
