Introduction
One day, I was looking for a simple way to make a Parmesan cheese sauce for pasta or chicken, I used ingredients in my cupboards. Substitue low fat ingredients for fewer calories, fat, etc.Serving size is calculated for 1/4 cup; however, I typical use two table spoons of this sauce on whatever I'm eating. Ingredients

1 can evaporated milk
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/4 TSP garlic powder (or to taste)
1/2 TSP fennel seeds, crushed (or to taste)
Tips
*Note, once sauce cools (or after refrigerated), it may become chunky. To liquefy, add milk and stir til you reach desired consistency.
Directions
1. Heat evaporated milk in a small sauce pan, medium heat.
2. Crush fennel seeds.
3. Add parmesan cheese to milk, reduce to low heat, making sure to stir occasionally.
4. Add garlic powder and fennel seed.
5. Cook until Parmesan cheese melts and begins to thinken sauce. At this point, stir more frequently.
6. Turn off and let cool 2 minutes.
Serving Size: makes roughly 12 servings, 2 TBSP each
